slimmed down tremendously, what would you do ?
Of course .... help others to lose weight !!
That's what this 23 year-old Malay boy wanted
to do ..... who weighed 87 kg and was down to
70 kg within 3 months after following a strict
weight-loss program in Kelantan.
According to him, he used to follow crash diets
but ended up heavier than before. In fact, he
stopped eating carbo-rich rice and bread, and
tried skipping meals.
But he felt tired and weak, and soon he started
eating again, which caused his weight to balloon
even further.
Somehow, he managed to used his will-power to
go through a nutrition-based diet plus exercise
training, and managed to reduce his weight .
From being obese .... he is now a health fanatic.
And he is now organizing the Kelantan Weight Loss
Challenge to provide a new platform for the public
to lose weight and to have a healthy lifestyle.
